This project is in a high-rise condominium building, with 2 standard color packages. My client requested a custom kitchen look and more countertop space for food preparation and serving.  Blue is his favorite color and we found just the right shade, gold fixtures and hardware complemented this well and white marble backsplash.  Hood over the range for a cleaner more open feel, microwave was moved to under the counter, and a peninsula was added instead of an island.  We chose shaker as it translated both a traditional and modern sensibility at the same time.
