Golden Modern Duplex

This was new construction of 2 duplexes and 4 units in Golden, Colorado. The builder preferred a modern aesthetic with unique touches not seen in most spec builds. Fun and eye-catching tile was chosen for backsplash and bathrooms. Each unit unique in finishes and floor plan.
